Our coconut water undergoes aseptic processing through multiple filters in a hygienic environment to eliminate any foreign materials and preserve its natural state, without any added preservatives, coloring, or additives.

Many of the health benefits of coconut water attributed to coconut water can be traced to its mineral content. Extracted from mature coconut water, our coconut water is processed using the latest UHT technology and brings you the fresh and natural taste.

Desiccated​ Coconut

Our Desiccated Coconut is made from the white meat of mature coconuts that have gone through blanching, drying, and milling to create diverse sizes and grades.

We exclusively use 100% premium and natural coconuts for our Desiccated Coconut, freshly harvested from our plantation and transported directly to our processing factory.

From shelling and washing to peeling, blanching, drying, and weighing, BENTALA EXA INDONESIA prioritizes maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene throughout all of our work environments. Our finished products undergo a thorough inspection, including visual examination, and two metal detector passes to ensure comprehensive quality control.

Our desiccated coconut is made from fresh grated coconuts. Harvested from local farms, the coconut meat is grated, dried and packed.

Usage:
As food ingredient and food texturing agent. It imparts mild coconut flavours.
